The Nutritional Alignment Program is a Step-By-Step systematic coaching program designed to help you LOOK, FEEL and PERFORM the way you have always wanted WITHOUT having to set foot in a gym, purchase expensive shakes or meal replacements or undertake unsustainable fad diets.

STEP 1.    TEST

Your personal coach will use our state of the art, non invasive equipment to determine your current;

 

 

  • Body Fat Percentage
  • Bone Density
  • Basal Metabolic Rate (how well does your metabolism work)
  • Visceral Fat Percentage
  • Muscle Mass Percentage
  • Body Water Percentage
  • Hip, Waist and Bust Measurements

PHASE 2.   REPORT

Next you will receive a comprehensive report containing;

  • Suggested Fat, Protein & Carbohydrate ratios
  • Simple, achievable strategies to transition to whole food eating.
  • Current body composition analysis
  • Your individualised program designed to meet your goals
  • A action plan that you can start straight away! NB: There is NO obligation to join the coaching program. 

The Test + Report is valued at $199 and will give you your suggested macronutrient and other recommendations for you to reach your desired goals. If you have tried dietary change before and have been successful, then it is likely that the Testing + Report will be all you require to make the changes WITHOUT the need for one of our coaches.

 

 

PHASE 3.    EXECUTE

You have the plan. If you need help executing it, we have the coaches!

  • Weekly or fortnightly phone, email or Skype calls with your coach(depending on your preference) (Valued at $90 per/hour)
  • Monthly Face-2-Face Measurements, testing and monthly planning  (Valued at $75 per consult)
  • Access to an Online Food Diary monitored by your coach (Valued at  $45 per week)
  • Helping you work out meal plans, where to shop, how to save money on healthy choices and much more (Valued at.... PRICELESS!)

Linda has had years of experience working in the UK, Australia and even on the Steiner Transoceans cruise ships as a beauty and massage therapist. Linda is also very connected in the fitness industry, competing in a variety of sports such as cycling and CrossFit. Linda is on a mission to improve their clients, health, performance, and manage stress levels.
