Ben's mission is simple, he wants to empower time poor, busy people with the nutritional and fitness tools required to make long lasting sustainable change. He is a father of two who walks, talks and breathes health!

Your initial appointment with Ben will involve a 30 min face-2-face consultation so you can discuss your goals and work out an achievable food and fitness action plan that you can implement yourself or with Ben as your personal coach.
